These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to ClassGrade Pilot (the "Service") operated by ClassGrade Pilot. By creating an account, installing the Chrome extension, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Service on behalf of a school or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

ClassGrade Pilot helps teachers draft rubric-aligned scores and feedback for Google Classroom assignments. AI output is a draft. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving every grade before it is shared with students or exported to Google Classroom.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

Free and paid plans are described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing interval you select unless canceled.

Fees are processed by our payment provider. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

We may change plan features or pricing for future billing periods with notice on the website or by email.

You retain ownership of rubrics and other materials you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload rubrics and process student work through the Service, including any required school or district approvals.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Our Acceptable Use Policy provides additional detail. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to bypass plan limits, reverse engineer the Service, upload malicious content, or use the Service in violation of student privacy laws or school policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." AI-generated scores and feedback may contain errors. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR FINAL GRADES AND FEEDBACK PROVIDED TO STUDENTS.

We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClassGrade Pilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50).

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law applies.
