Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy describes permitted and prohibited uses of ClassGrade Pilot. It supplements our Terms of Service.
Permitted use
You may use the Service to:
- Grade assignments you are authorized to evaluate as a teacher or school staff member
- Upload rubrics you have the right to use
- Review and approve AI-drafted scores and feedback before sharing with students
- Export approved grades to Google Classroom
Prohibited use
You may not:
- Use the Service without required school, district, or parental approvals where applicable
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or malicious content
- Attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service beyond normal use
- Circumvent plan limits, authentication, or security controls
- Use the Service to harass students or generate inappropriate feedback
- Resell or sublicense access without our written permission
- Use automated means to overload or disrupt our systems
AI output
AI-generated grades and comments are drafts, not final educational records. You must review output before it reaches students.
Do not represent AI output as solely human-generated grading if your institution requires disclosure of AI assistance.
Enforcement
We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate accounts. We may report illegal activity to appropriate authorities.
